Our medium roasted Huehuetenango opens with gentle orange brightness, rolls into maple syrup sweetness, and settles into a soft pastry finish that feels like Sunday morning in a cup. The acidity is there — lively but polite — never the sharp, citrusy kind that hijacks the sip.

Hand-grown by over 450 smallholder families in the Huehuetenango highlands, this coffee is a study in care. Each farmer processes their own cherries with small-batch precision, and together they’ve built something remarkable: a cooperative that uses coffee pulp for organic fertilizer, solar-powered milling, and shared knowledge that lifts the whole community.

We roast it to keep the sweetness intact — balanced, bright, and approachable.
