Coffee Products
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we can’t accept returns. But we really do want you to enjoy our coffee! So, if you have any issues with your coffee or if there are errors in your order, please contact us at within 21 days of receiving your order. We want to work with you to find something you truly love.
Non-Coffee Products
We are happy to accept returns or exchanges on non-coffee products within 30 days of purchase. To start a return you can contact us at . Make sure you include your order #, receipt, or proof of purchase. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Please note: To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, unwashed, or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If there was damage in transport let us know and we’ll work with you to replace it.
